Glenn B. Miller, 96, of Martinsburg, passed away on December 7, 2021 at Homewood at Martinsburg. He was born on July 15, 1925 in Martinsburg; son of the late James B. and Mary C. (Crawford) Miller. On February 24, 1946 in Royer, PA; he was united in marriage to Wilma J. (Ake) Miller, who survives. Glenn attended Morrison Cove High School and served his country as Corporal in the United States Marine Corps 4th Division during WWII. He worked for Appleton Papers, Floyd Bush Electric, Ritchey’s Dairy, and ran and owned a local gas and service station for 17 years in Roaring Spring. Glenn attended the Martinsburg Brethren in Christ Church, and was part of the Gideons. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working at the Homewood Workshop, helping others, and church. Glenn was preceded in death by his son, Scott Miller; brothers James, Roy, and Ken Miller; and sisters Zelna Nicodemus and Aileen Ayers. Surviving is his wife, Wilma; daughter Kay Replogle (Dave) of Maryland; daughter Lora Bawel (Jess) of Selinsgrove, PA; son Ted Miller (Gloria) of Brooks Mills, PA; as well as 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren. At request of the deceased, funeral services will be held privately. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
