Dorothy E. (Bollman) Kauffman

     Dorothy E. Kauffman, 74, of Woodbury, passed away on September 30, 2022 at the Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center - Johnstown. She was born on January 8, 1948 in Snake Spring Township; daughter of the late Albert Mearl and Marybelle (Snyder) Bollman. On November 17, 1968 at the Waterside Church of the Brethren, she was united in marriage to Gregory D. Kauffman, who survives.

     Dorothy was a graduate of the Northern Bedford County High School. She was a member of the Waterside Church of the Brethren, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Martinsburg VFW. Dorothy enjoyed painting and crafts.

     She was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Bollman; and a sister, Ileen Kilgore. Surviving is her husband, Gregory; daughter, Peggy Sue Kauffman of East Freedom; son, Brian Gregory Kauffman of Woodbury; granddaughters, Taylor Jade and Angelika Rose Kauffman; and brothers, Raymond and Albert Bollman.

     Friends will be received on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 10:00AM until the 11:00AM funeral service at the Stone Funeral Home in Woodbury; Pastor Eric Poteat will be officiating. Interment will be in New Enterprise Cemetery.
